Ever wanted merch from somewhere you’ve never been, but still wanted to look like you have?

Welcome to the No-Trip Tour : the souvenir-merch collection for anyone who enjoys the holiday aesthetic without necessarily booking the holiday.

We’re launching a brand-new “Memories Not Included” co-designed range, beginning with a playful Paris tote concept. It has retro travel-poster energy, a wink of tourist-shop nostalgia and just enough honesty to admit that the trip may have been entirely imaginary.

Because sometimes you want the tote. You want the colours. You want the stories.

You just don’t want to explain which airport you flew from.

A souvenir for the trip you didn’t take

The first concept features Paris as the destination detail, complete with a vintage-inspired souvenir feel. But the real star of the design is the cheeky strap line:

NO TRIP, JUST VIBES

It’s bold, easy to spot and designed to do most of the talking. Paris sits underneath as a smaller, souvenir-style detail : just like the destination stamp on a well-loved travel memento.

The idea is simple:

Big slogan. Small destination detail. Maximum personality.

And, of course, there’s another strap-line option waiting in the wings:

NEVER ACTUALLY BEEN

You help choose what comes next

This isn’t a range designed behind closed doors and simply presented to you afterwards. The whole point of Memories Not Included is that you get a say in where the imaginary tour travels next.

You can vote on:

  • The next destination
  • The colourway
  • The strap line

For the destination, the current options are:

Paris

Classic, stylish and instantly recognisable. The Paris concept brings the retro souvenir feeling with a slightly cheeky twist.

New York

Big city energy, bold lettering and plenty of room for a punchy, graphic colourway. This one could be loud, colourful and impossible to miss.

Blackpool

Because no-trip travel does not have to mean international travel. Blackpool brings seaside nostalgia, British holiday humour and a wonderfully unexpected addition to the collection.

Then there are the strap-line choices:

NO TRIP, JUST VIBES

Relaxed, playful and ideal for anyone who wants to look like they’ve just returned from somewhere fabulous : even if they’ve only been to the local shops.

NEVER ACTUALLY BEEN

A little more direct. A little more honest. Perfect for wearing your fictional travel history with pride.

Retro style, modern attitude

The visual direction for this collection is deliberately retro. Think vintage souvenir graphics, bold typography, strong colour blocks and nostalgic travel-poster details : but with a modern, self-aware attitude.

The destination should feel like a charming little detail you discover after spotting the main slogan. It should add to the story without taking over.

That means the design focus stays firmly on the strap line. The words are the first thing you see. The destination is the wink afterwards.

Retro aesthetic. Fresh joke. Very wearable result.

We love designs that feel as though they already have a story behind them. A little weathering, a confident graphic shape and a slogan that makes someone smile can turn a simple textile into something much more personal.

At Toodle-Loo Textiles, we use carefully selected printing methods to create crisp, durable designs with plenty of visual impact.
